Ashtanga is a dynamic, flowing yoga practice where the breath initiates and guides the movement; it is also one of the more physcially challenging of the yoga practices. During this three-hour workshop we will learn the sequence, postures, precise alignemnt and modifications to each of the poses as well as how to play with vinyasa, breath and gaze. Discover in depth a great way to get in shape, develop both strength and flexibility.
This workshop is open to students who are new to the Ashtanga practice as well as any else looking to learn a little more about the full first series.
